If we miss the PO-committed ship date, we’ll either cover expedited freight or issue a project credit of 1% of the fixture value per business day late, up to a maximum of 10%. Your schedule matters to us.
Will the fixtures and controls match the approved spec?
Absolutely. Our Spec-Match Guarantee means every fixture and control will match your approved specifications — no surprises. If anything doesn’t match, we’ll replace it at our cost within 30 days.
What if I need the same light fixture years from now?
No problem. With our Stocked Replacement Guarantee, the same fixture will always be available — even years later. Since we manufacture our own products, you can count on long-term consistency and availability.
Do you work on renovations too?
Yes! We help match existing aesthetics, improve efficiency, and phase installs to minimize guest disruption. Whether it's a retrofit or brand refresh, we’ve got you.
